Shipping

All products are shipped via United States Postal Service.  Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt.  Delivery via USPS is usually 7-10 business days within the United States.

Shipping Charges:
Flat rate shipping is charged. 
For 1-5 items:  $5.00
For 6+ items: $12.00

Returns

Shipped products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.  All products must be in a resalable condition to receive refund credit.  Downloadable media products are not returnable.  Shipping charges for returned products are not refundable.  In the event products were damaged in shipping, Acute Care Education Associates, Inc. will replace them at no charge.
